Record
Arm a track, pick your input, and record with a count-in. Latency compensation lines your takes up with the beat.

Arrange
Move, trim, split, fade and loop regions on a bar-and-beat grid with snapping. Undo anything.

Mix
Volume, pan, mute and solo per track, up to six effects each, and a master chain with a limiter.

Export
Bounce the mix to WAV in your browser — or every track as its own stem on Pro.

Every sound below is generated or processed live in your browser with the Web Audio API — nothing to install, nothing to license.
Drum patterns
A 16-step sequencer with kick, snare, hats, clap and tom — soft and hard hits, at the project tempo.
Built-in loops
Bass lines, chord progressions and an arpeggio synthesized at your tempo and key. Original sounds you can use in your music.
Synth and piano roll
Instrument tracks with a playable synth (Pro): draw notes in the piano roll or play them from your computer keyboard.
Four effects
EQ with low and high cut, a compressor, reverb and a tempo-synced delay — up to six per track.
Master chain
Master EQ, glue compression and a ceiling limiter so the bounce never clips.
Autosave with conflict checks
Sessions save as you work; if a teammate saved first, you’re told instead of silently overwritten.

Takes stay on the machine you made them on
Without cloud media, recordings and imported files are kept in your browser’s own storage — never uploaded. Projects save only their fingerprints, so a session opened on the same browser sounds exactly as you left it. “Download all audio” keeps a copy any time. On Pro, cloud media uploads your audio to your NXT CLOUD storage so the session plays on any computer.
