NXT FIELD PROBeta

Every job, on the board.

NXT FIELD PRO runs a service business from the first call to the last payment: customers and estimates, a dispatch board by technician, the job on site, and invoices — with every number computed from your own records.

  • Dispatcher and technician views
  • Built for the truck, not just the office

One job, start to finish

From the first call to paid

Each step hands the record to the next, so nothing is retyped and nothing falls between a whiteboard and a spreadsheet.

  1. 01

    Lead

Customers and their service locations, with gate codes and parking notes for the tech.

  2. 02

    Estimate

Line items, tax and totals to the cent. Share a private link; the customer accepts online.

  3. 03

    Dispatch

An accepted estimate becomes a job. Assign a technician and a time — they’re notified.

  4. 04

    On site

Checklists, notes and photos, parts used from inventory, and a time clock on the job.

  5. 05

    Paid

Turn the job into an invoice, record payments you receive and watch receivables age.

For the office

See the whole day before the phone rings

The dispatch board lays out each technician’s day on a timeline. Jobs without a technician or a time wait in a queue, most urgent first — assign them in place and the technician gets a notification.

  • What needs attention: unscheduled jobs, overdue invoices, accepted estimates, low stock
  • A status flow you can click: new, scheduled, in progress, on hold, completed
  • Invoiced vs collected and receivables aging, from real payments
  • Walk-in cooler not holding temp needs a technician

For the field

A route, not a spreadsheet

Technicians open their day as a numbered route: appointment times, the address, access notes and one button for the next step — start, put on hold, mark completed. Checklists, notes, photos and parts are on the job page.

  • Technicians see only the jobs assigned to them
  • Clock in and out on a job; hours land on its record
  • Notes are an append-only log of what happened on site

Honest by design

What it does — and doesn’t

  • Payments are recorded, not processed

You record cash, check, card-terminal and bank payments you received. NXT FIELD PRO doesn’t move money.

  • Private customer links

Share an estimate or invoice through a link shown once; revoke it any time. The page shows only that document.

  • No fake maps

The route is the order of appointments with real addresses. There’s no GPS tracking of your technicians.

  • Exports and print

Managers export any list to CSV (formula-injection safe) and print estimates and invoices or save them as PDF.

Plans
