The agreement between you and NXT CLOUD for using the NXT products.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name of NXT CLOUD / X09 Developments]. By creating an account or using an NXT product you agree to them. If you use NXT on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must give accurate information.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You give us the permission we need to host and process it to provide the service to you.

Plans, billing and cancellation

There is no charge for an NXT account. Using an NXT product requires an active paid subscription for your workspace, or access we grant directly (for example a trial or beta access).

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Prices may change with advance notice.

AI features

AI output can be wrong. Review it before relying on it. AI features are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Products in development and beta

Beta features may change or be withdrawn and may have lower reliability.

Availability and warranty

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
