What personal information NXT CLOUD collects, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have.
Who we are
NXT CLOUD and its products are operated by [Legal entity name of NXT CLOUD / X09 Developments] (“we”). This policy covers nxtcloud.app, the NXT products and our apps.
What we collect
Account information you give us: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted, peppered hash) and optional profile settings such as language and time zone.
Security information: sign-in history including date, an approximate network prefix (we truncate IP addresses), country, and a short description of your browser or app. We use this to protect your account and to show it to you.
Billing information: plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor; we never receive full card numbers.
Content you create in NXT products, which belongs to you and is processed only to provide the product.
Support messages and program applications you send us.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information. We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Analytics are aggregated server-side without identifying individual visitors.
Why we use it
To provide and secure your account and the products you use; to process payments; to send transactional messages (security, billing, service changes); to respond to support requests; and, only if you opt in, to send product news.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security), our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider and, for AI features you choose to use, AI model providers. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted immediately, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records) and security audit entries, which are kept without your contact details. Sign-in history is kept for up to 12 months. [Confirm retention periods with counsel.]
Your rights and choices
From your account you can view and correct your information, download a copy of your data, manage notification preferences and delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights; contact us through our support form at /support.
Children
NXT CLOUD accounts are for people aged 16 and over [confirm minimum age per market]. NXT UP lets parents and guardians add children to a household; children’s profiles collect only a display name and what the parent or guardian chooses to add, and are controlled by the parent or guardian.
Health and care information
NXT HEALTH and NXT CARE store information you choose to record. It is kept separate from other products, is only visible to people you share it with, and is never used for advertising. These products are not medical services.
International transfers
