Data Deletion and Export
How to export your data or delete your account, and what is retained.
Self-service
Account → Privacy lets you download a copy of your NXT CLOUD data as JSON and delete your account. Deletion is immediate for personal data. Owned organizations with no other owner are deleted too, and their API keys revoked.
Retained after deletion: payment records our processor and tax law require, and audit-log entries (without contact details) needed to keep the security record intact.
