Organizations, roles and permissions

Invite people and control what they can do.

## Roles
- Owner — everything, including billing and deleting the organization.
- Admin — members, settings, products and API keys.
- Billing admin — subscriptions, invoices and payment methods.
- Security admin — security settings and the audit log.
- Developer — API keys, webhooks and integrations.
- Manager — manages people and work inside products.
- Analyst — read-only reports.
- Member — uses the products the organization has enabled.
- Guest — only what is explicitly shared with them.

A member can also have a different role in one product — for example Manager in NXT HR and Member everywhere else.

## Invitations
Owners and admins invite people by email from Organizations. Invitations expire after 7 days.
