How plans, limits and invoices work.

## Plans
Every NXT product is a paid subscription with published limits, priced per workspace. Your NXT CLOUD account itself has no charge and is required to subscribe. A workspace owner, admin or billing admin subscribes from Pricing or from the product. Until a workspace subscribes, opening a product shows its plans instead of the app.

## Usage limits
Limits reset daily at midnight UTC or on the first of each month (UTC). Billing shows how much of each limit you've used. When you reach a limit, that action pauses until it resets or you upgrade — nothing is charged automatically beyond your plan.

## Managing your subscription
From Billing you can upgrade, change plan, cancel, resume, update your payment method and download invoices. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
